Jim is the EVP Customer Experience and Operational Excellence for Etech Global Services. He has responsibility for Etech’s strategy, marketing, business development, program implementation and product development across all of Etech’s existing lines of business – Etech, EMS, ERMS, ETS and Etech Social Media Solutions.
He is passionate, driven, and an energetic business leader with a strong desire to remain ahead of the curve in outsourcing solutions and service delivery.
Jim has 20+ years of contact center outsourcing experience in domestic and offshore inbound, outbound, chat operations, and social media. His expertise includes click-to-chat sales and service with an impeccable track record of innovation and advanced business intelligence. Setting up offshore call centers with a capacity of 1000+ seats and spearheading the Global Business development team has been some of his past roles. He has also been instrumental in setting up chat operations for the customers needing quick and apt solutions for their daily customer service needs.
