Carla Zuniga

Carla has progressed through several leadership roles and positions within the operations and technology organizations, across both field and corporate offices. Her current responsibilities include Technology Strategy for Operations, Risk and Compliance, Education / Training / Knowledge Management Tools and Practices oversight, Workforce Effectiveness, Change Navigation and Portfolio Management.  She is also responsible for a set of capabilities that support the Operations business focused on Service Analytics, Global Delivery and Human Capital strategies, Business Relationship Management, and ITSM for Operations.
